Editor’s note (December 20, 2021): Registered in-person and virtual attendees of the 2021 American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting can log in to the meeting platform to watch town hall recordings on demand until February 28.
The American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting features 60-minute town hall events. These events are open to all meeting attendees and are best for collecting feedback or raising awareness for individuals from government agencies, academic programs, special projects, and other focused interest groups via a presentation, roundtable, or panel discussion.
During the 2021 AGU Fall Meeting from December 13 to 17 in New Orleans, Louisiana, in-person town halls will be held daily at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, during the lunch break and in the evening. Also, they will include the option for individuals not physically at AGU to attend virtually. Town hall recordings will be made available no more than 72 hours after the event for on-demand viewing. You must be logged in to the AGU meeting platform to view the recording.
Select virtual town halls will be held the week before the Fall Meeting (December 6 to 9).
All times are listed in Central. Information is subject to change; please check the AGU Fall Meeting website for the most up-to-date information.
