The AQUARIUS (Air Quality in the Western US) workshop in Salt Lake City, Utah, will focus on a future aircraft campaign in the winter of 2021–2022 to investigate wintertime PM in mountain basins of the western United States. This workshop is jointly funded by the National Science Foundation Atmospheric Chemistry Program and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Atmospheric Chemistry, Climate, and Carbon Cycle Program.
For scientists who are interested in attending but who have no funding sources with which to cover airfare and lodging costs, limited travel support funds may be available (with preference given to early career attendees). Please send a one-page description of your reasons for attending this workshop and why you require travel support to logan.mitchell@utah.edu by August 1, 2019.
